Condolences

Condolence From: Christopher S Hiller
Condolence: Lt McLarty was one of my supervisors at BMCC. He was a disciplinarian and made some mistakes, but he always struck me as one who meant well. He was also extremely gracious as there were a few times he could have lowered the boom on me but he didn't. And there were times he made me laugh with his timely quips and one-liners. That was of great value especially when work tends to bog one down, Lloyd knew how to lift your spirits. I remember in 2012 when my family sent me on a tour of the UK, Lloyd went to the ends of the earth, it seemed, to fast track my 2 week Annual Leave approval. He tried always to be fair and kind, and was actually a very gracious man. I will miss him a great deal.
